University of Texas Jazz Studies - the same program that gave us Norah Jones and Tom 'Bones' Malone. I got to perform with many groups, including the Jazz Lab Bands, North Texas Symphonic Band, the North Texas Latin Jazz Ensemble, and more.
Cruise ship career
Ten years on cruise ships sounds glamorous (and sometimes it was), but really it was the best music education I could have asked for. I performed with spectacular musicians from around the world under intense pressure at times to bring the best show possible to our audiences.
Finding My UK Home
The Southwest UK festival scene welcomed this Texas guy with open arms. From intimate garden parties to festivals like My Dad Is Bigger Than Your Dad, and even The Royal International Air Tattoo - each gig taught me something new about bringing the right energy to the right moment. Whether it's a corporate event or a backyard wedding, the magic happens when the music matches the vibe perfectly.
